AIR PEACE BLASTS OSHIOMHOLE OVER AIRPORT MELTDOWN: "UNRULY, AGGRESSIVE, UNACCEPTABLE"

Nigeria’s leading airline, Air Peace, has come out swinging against former Edo State Governor and serving Senator, Adams Oshiomhole, accusing him of unruly conduct, physical aggression, and intimidation of staff after missing his scheduled flight at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos.

In a strongly worded statement released Tuesday, the airline recounted a dramatic scene in which the fiery lawmaker reportedly barricaded the terminal entrance, harassed Air Peace staff, and disrupted operations after arriving late for his flight.

“This was not just a case of a missed flight,” the airline stated. “Senator Oshiomhole’s behavior was unbecoming of a public figure. Our staff were verbally assaulted, our terminal operations disrupted, and the entire incident was marked by aggression and entitlement.”

Eyewitnesses said the lawmaker attempted to force his way onto the flight despite arriving well after check-in had closed. When denied boarding, he allegedly launched into a tirade, demanding special treatment and causing a scene that prompted security intervention.

Air Peace emphasized that no passenger is above aviation protocol, regardless of status or position, and reaffirmed its commitment to safety, professionalism, and punctuality.

The incident has sparked heated reactions on social media, with many Nigerians debating the entitlement culture among political elites.

As the dust settles, one thing is clear: Air Peace isn’t backing down—and the once fiery labour leader turned senator now finds himself in turbulent airspace.
