Shetima, Zulum, Extols NASENI's Bold Rivial plans to restore Over 1 Million idel Public Assets, Saves over 17 Trillions

In a bold move to tackle decades of institutional neglect, the Federal Government has launched a comprehensive *Asset Restoration Programme* aimed at recovering and repurposing more than **one million grounded public assets** across the country.

 

Spearheaded by the **National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI)**, the initiative targets broken-down machinery, vehicles, and infrastructure estimated to be worth trillions of naira.

 

The historic launch took place **yesterday at the Agricultural Mechanization Farm Centre** along Gamboru Ngala Road in Maiduguri, Borno State, with Vice President **Kashim Shettima** leading the flag-off.

 

Addressing a large audience of government officials, private sector stakeholders, and members of the civil society, development partners, Vice President senator Shettima described the initiative
