Bandits Storm Yar Budu, Kurfi LGA — Security Forces Repel Attack Without Casualties

In the early hours of Monday morning, terror struck Yar Budu village in Kurfi Local Government Area of Katsina State, as armed bandits launched a surprise attack on the peaceful community.

But thanks to the swift response of the Nigeria Police Force and other gallant security operatives, the attackers were met with fierce resistance, forcing them to flee in disarray.

In a rare but welcome outcome, no lives were lost and no abductions occurred during the incident, bringing relief to residents and onlookers alike.

Eyewitnesses described the coordinated security response as "heroic," commending the courage and professionalism of the operatives.

Authorities have since launched a manhunt for the fleeing criminals and urged residents to remain vigilant and cooperate with security agencies.

Katsina continues to face security challenges, but today, Yar Budu stands as a testament to what rapid response and community resilience can achieve.
