NSCDC Commandant Bags Prestigious Fellowship Award in Katsina
— A Salute to Service, Leadership, and Administrative Excellence
In a ceremony marked by applause and admiration, Commandant of Corps Aminu Datti Ahmad, the Katsina State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship of the Corporate Administration Institute (FCAI).
The honour, awarded during a high-level conference held at Katsina Motel GRA, was presented by Mr. Ayas John on behalf of the institute's Governing Council. Themed “Advancing Organizational Productivity Through Leadership”, the conference attracted top-tier professionals and public administrators from across the state.
Mr. John lauded Commandant Ahmad for his unwavering dedication, administrative excellence, and visionary leadership, noting that the award was in recognition of his exceptional contributions to public service that consistently go above and beyond the call of duty.
In his acceptance remarks, Commandant Ahmad described the award as a “call to greater service,” and expressed gratitude to the Institute for upholding and promoting standards of excellence in leadership and administration. He emphasized the NSCDC’s commitment to professionalism, integrity, and community safety.
The event also saw honours bestowed on other distinguished personalities, including Comptroller Idris Abba Aji of the Nigeria Customs Service and Justice Lawal Garba Abdulkadir (rtd.), Chairman of the Katsina State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission.
